The Fresh inc brand is expanding and an opportunity has become available for a skin health specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about skin health, client care and confident in sales then we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Deliver advanced skin health & wellness treatments. ??Lead personalised consultations and recommend tailored treatment plans. ??Drive results by meeting KPIs across client spend and walk-in conversions. ??Ensure smooth running of the clinic with efficient booking & diary management. ??Create a five-star client experience from first contact to follow-up .
Qualifications
Qualified Beauty Therapist. ??Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly manner. ??Confident in sales and consultation-based selling, with a passion for achieving results. ??Proven experience in client experience management, customer service or similar role. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.50-16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
