Job Summary



The service support team offers United customers before and after care from purchase to delivery.

The role involves managing all business inquiries to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience. By efficiently resolving issues and overseeing back-office operations, this position enables the support & sales team to remain focused on driving sales

Offering amazing service/support is part of our company core values and ensures customer loyalty through a great customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:



Order Entry Charges/Billing for certain sites Delivery issues and finding resolutions Login Details for our customers to order stock Price enquiries/Quotes Collections Problem resolutions Inbound /Outbound telephone calls Live Chat Emails

Skills and Qualifications



Team Player, be professional, do the right thing by having a duty of care to our customers and your colleagues Confident communicator with excellent listening and telephone skills Ability to prioritise work and have good problem-solving skills Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel & Power point Positive and professional attitude
