Delivery issues and finding resolutions
Login Details for our customers to order stock
Price enquiries/Quotes
Collections
Problem resolutions
Inbound /Outbound telephone calls
Live Chat
Emails
Skills and Qualifications
Team Player, be professional, do the right thing by having a duty of care to our customers and your colleagues
Confident communicator with excellent listening and telephone skills
Ability to prioritise work and have good problem-solving skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel & Power point
