Client Experience Specialist
, you'll make every client's first impression memorable--while primarily managing and directing a significant volume of incoming calls. About You
You will have 1-2 years of previous reception or customer/public-facing experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are organised, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Your friendly and approachable manner will ensure that clients feel welcome and well-supported, both face-to-face and during phone calls.
Key Focus Areas
1. Telephone Engagement
Be the friendly, professional voice of Boyd Rice Solicitors. The majority of your role will involve handling and directing a significant volume of incoming calls with warmth and efficiency, ensuring every caller feels valued and supported.
2. Post & Communication Management
Take ownership of all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring information flows smoothly and securely throughout the firm.
3. Client Interaction & Hospitality
Meet and greet clients and visitors with genuine enthusiasm. You'll set the tone for their visit, offer refreshments, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared to the highest standard.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain the professional presentation of reception and meeting areas.
Process payments at reception when required.
Step in to support other business needs as required--your adaptability and team spirit will be appreciated.

Experience: At least 2 years in a client-facing or receptionist role.
