Your Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end flight bookings, including confirmations, itineraries, and invoicing.
Prepare tailored quotes and proposals for discerning clients.
Liaise with global operators to negotiate competitive pricing and uphold service excellence.
Build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate data on operators, airports, and handling agents using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Keep CRM systems updated and ensure compliance with company standards.
What We're Looking For
Ambitious and self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Minimum
2 years' travel industry experience
and
3 years' proven expert communication skills
.
Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Strong geographical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus.
Fluency in English essential;
additional languages are highly desirable
