A leading financial services group are seeking a confident and experienced relationship-builder with a passion for data-driven strategy to join a growing team to lead client engagement, deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across key accounts that help turn insight into impact for some of the UK's top brands.
As Client & Insight Manager, you'll play a key role in developing strong client relationships, analysing key performance data and translating insights into clear actions that drive both client satisfaction and operational success. You'll also lead a small, dynamic team and collaborate cross-functionally to support performance, reporting and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse departmental KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; report findings to the Group Head
Create monthly client MI packs in collaboration
Monitor client performance using system-driven management information and recommend data-led improvements
Proactively manage key client relationships and lead client reviews, meetings, and communications
Provide strategic insight into the cost-benefit analysis of projects, trials, and process changes
Collaborate with internal managers to optimise performance and maximise client instructions
aintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, client guidelines and regulations, ensuring compliance and communication
Oversee and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data quality and workflow accuracy
At least 2 years:
Strong client management skills
Proven experience in managing and growing client relationships
Analytical Expertise
Excellent numerical and data interpretation skills, with experience in data cleansing, modelling, and reporting
Confident using Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
A track record of effectively managing and developing teams
Strategic Influence
Ability to use data, influence decisions, improve processes and support business growth
Communication & stakeholder engagement
Skilled in presenting, negotiating, and influencing senior stakeholders
Full UK Driving Licence
