Client Liaison Administrator (NI Water Contract)




Morrow Contracts has been established for over 40 years and is one of the most respected utility and civil engineering companies in Northern Ireland.


Working in partnership with NI Water we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team onsite at NI Water offices


This is a pivotal role liaising between Meridian / Morrow Contracts and NI Water commercial and residential Customers


Key Responsibilities:



Act as first point of contact for queries from NI Water. (in person, via email and phone)

Liaise with the Meridian / Morrows team to ensure a timely response to client communications Manage updates on our internal systems Any other ad hoc duties as required

About The Role



Required experience:




o Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, manage a range of conflicting priorities and work on own initiative


o Confident telephone manner


o GCSE/GCE 'O' level in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent


o A minimum of 3 year's administrative experience in a busy office environment, working to tight deadlines

Preferred experience:



o Knowledge and understanding of the Utilities sector



Working hours, Monday to Friday: 08.00 : 17.00


Full licence and own car


Salary dependant on experience
