Administrator / Client Liaison
to support our operations team and work
under the Project and Client Coordinator

This role is a key link between our clients, surveyors, and site teams, helping ensure jobs run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a first point of contact for clients via phone and email
Booking surveys and coordinating diaries for surveyors and operatives
Supporting the Project and Client Coordinator with day-to-day job scheduling and workflow
Following up quotations and updating clients on progress and next steps
Maintaining accurate client and job records on internal systems
General administrative support to ensure efficient project delivery
The Ideal Candidate
Confident, professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Competent with IT systems (email, scheduling, job management software)
Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
What We Offer
12.80 per hour
