Design Spec is an award-winning architectural design group. We specialise in fixed fee solutions for homeowners.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Liaison to join our young and hungry team. The successful applicant will work closely with all members of the team and will be expected to run their own projects from start to finish while managing the full design process, including conducting site meetings and surveys. Our Project Team is small; therefore, this role would very much suit a hands-on individual who is keen to be part of a fast-paced business.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the role and keen to be part of the long-term goals of Design Spec.

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday, with the expectation of some out of hours work when required. You will be primarily based at our head office in The Launchpad, Rochford, Essex.

It is important that the successful candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a demanding workload.

Role Responsibilities;

Conduct enquiry call-back calls to potential new clients Conduct video and telephone calls with existing clients Conducting site surveys and project meetings with a range of external stakeholders. We currently cover the South East, from Cambridge to Kent and from St. Albans to Shoeburyness Client management throughout the project life cycle Liaising with project designers with new project, design requests and amendments, in-line with project KPI's

Candidate Requirements;

Ideally, applicants will have experience in Planning and Building Control applications but this is not essential, training will be provided You will have proven experience in client management Must have a UK Driving License with access to own car Must have good communication and organisational skills Must be able to work as a team
