passionate about helping business owners to live their dreams.

Here, you'll step into a role with real purpose. You'll take ownership of reviewing accounts and tax, support and develop our offshore team, handle client and HMRC queries confidently, and contribute to our mission of delivering value, not just compliance. You'll be trusted to lead year-end meetings, explain numbers in plain English, and help clients spot opportunities they didn't know they had. You'll even have the space to grow into advisory work and be trained in how to deliver Value Gap reports that turn insights into income.

You'll be working as part of a small team in an uber friendly family run business it's a vibrant and high-energy environment so you won't get bored with the clients! You'll be supporting the dedicated female director & team and providing a top notch support service to them and their clients who all need amazing accountancy support.

This is definitely not your typical Accountancy Practice!

You'll thrive in this role if you...



Can confidently produce and review accounts, CT600s, and SATRs

Know your way around HMRC queries and client tax questions

Are experienced in running client meetings independently (e.g, reviewing accounts, discussing tax or performance)

Are experienced with Xero and connecting apps to streamline workflows

Enjoy training and developing team members, including our offshore team

Are proactive, organised, and ready to lead from the front

Are open to learning how to run value-led year-end meetings and upsell opportunities

Hold strong values and a no-nonsense attitude to getting great work done
