Purpose of the Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to join the Global team at Carat on the Heineken account. You'll support the Global Network team located in London and Amsterdam in delivering exceptional account servicing, reporting, media analysis and project management.
The purpose of the role is to support your network team across brand planning, media strategy, operations, commercial and digital to ensure that dentsu agencies across the World have access to appropriate information, training, learning agendas and client imperatives to set them up for success.
You'll gain exposure to working with new and trending media and process innovation. With the independence to forge your own relationships and manage your own projects; whilst been directly supported by a Global Account Director and an operations team of two.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the global SharePoint. Ensuring that content is regularly updated or archived and the access list is managed efficiently. Project manage the re-design and reorganisation. Own, create and update global trackers. Ensuring that information is accurate and accessible. Deliver regular and accurate reporting in the form of data, case studies and PCAs. Ensure project deadlines are met, calls and meetings are on time, meeting notes are captured and circulated, global network sessions are scheduled and attended. Prepare and deliver media insights, planning research and global network/industry news into high quality client facing and internal communications. Assist markets and clients with enquires. Setting up and leading calls with an assigned market group.

Key SkillsExperience working at a media agency, client media team or vendor. Excellent data, numeracy and excel skills. Good verbal and visual presentation skills with some knowledge of visual merchandising and AI advantageous. A master of organisation, effortlessly managing multiple projects and requirements. Your responsiveness will be a key asset, promptly addressing inquires and providing regular updates. A genuine interest in media strategy, with a knowledge of how different channels work and how media effectiveness can be measured. A desire to develop your career on a global agency account or pivot toward the business side of an advertising agency will be advantageous. A strong and reliable team player. A natural problem solver, you'll be comfortable working with Senior and Junior colleagues alike.
