As a relatively new product within the department, we're looking for a Gaming Account Manager to help shape our offering. This global specialized practice offers strategy, activation, and original IP development for brands looking to engage with the largest and most engaged form of entertainment in the world - gaming. The role will be 100% working on existing Gaming clients and pitches, working with the team and our partners to deliver best in class media strategies in gaming environments.
The dentsu App Performance & Gaming team is dedicated to providing market leading performance for our clients in each ecosystem. Recently we've been exploring where these ecosystems have been crossing over and the scale that unlocks for our clients. As the Gaming Account Manager, you will work closely with both gaming and app media partners to provide a premier service, creating their gaming strategy, coordinating all media partners and activating the campaigns.

Microsoft CoPilot
Whilst we work across a range of clients on of the core focuses of this role will be to build and deliver the gaming strategy for the Microsoft CoPilot account. This is by far the biggest account for the team and requires a dedicated gaming professional to bring an unparalleled standard of excellence to the account.
On this account you will collaborate closely with a brilliant team consisting of client service managers, channel experts, the client and key dentsu partners across the gaming ecosystem.
Aside from working on one of the biggest tech brands in the world, the Microsoft CoPilot account will give you access to the inner workings of one of the worlds leading AI businesses, building their app performance strategy across a multitude of campaigns with significant budgets to support.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with a strong foundation in agency principles and practices. As a Account Manager, you will support the dentsu Gaming team by maintaining operational hygiene, assist in managing projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of campaigns.
Project Management: Coordinate projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Maintain project schedules and track deliverables.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Prepare reports and present findings to the team.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign progress, gathering feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling meetings with clients/ partners, upskilling staff and organising training.
Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Experience with pitching internal teams as well as external partners a plus
A strong interest in Gaming with an eagerness to learn more about its role in the wider marketing ecosystem.
