Client Manager 
 Woking | Salary up to 45k DOE 
 Modern countryside office | Growing client base | Hands-on portfolio management 
 A long-established and highly regarded accountancy firm based just outside Woking is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its close-knit team. With over 40 years in practice, the firm supports a portfolio with clients across a wide range of sectors, including a significant presence in the film industry. 
 As a result of ongoing growth - the team is expanding and looking for a capable individual to manage and develop their own client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: 
  Preparation and submission of annual accounts to Companies House 
  Preparation and submission of corporation tax returns (CT600) to HMRC 
  Preparation of personal tax returns (Self-Assessment) 
  Delegating and overseeing accounts preparation with offshore support team 
  Responding to client queries via phone and email 
  Liaising directly with clients and building trusted relationships 
  Outsourced support team overseas handling preparation of accounts - delegation is part of the workflow 
  Clients are predominantly limited companies 
  Self-reviewing work to a high standard (desirable but not required) 
  Managing a portfolio of approximately 100-200 clients over time. 
Candidate Profile: 
  Previous experience in a similar client-facing accounting role 
  Confident managing a portfolio and working with limited supervision 
  Comfortable reviewing and finalising accounts and tax returns 
  Strong communication skills with a personable approach 
 Systems Used: 
 TaxCalc - experience desirable, but full training will be provided
