The Job:

Providing timely accurate and professional Bookkeeping, Credit Control and Management Accounts support to clients.

The Details:

Extracting & analysis the month end pack and presenting to the client each month ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.

Month end journals adjustments ie accruals, prepayments, deferred income etc & maintaining reconciliations of such accounts.

Cashflow management & budget setting/review.

Query resolution.

Maintaining good stakeholder relationships.

Bookkeeping requirement consisting of sales ledger, purchase ledger & bank accounts reconciliations along with Credit Control.

Flexibility to support the Director & team on other projects if required.

The Skills:

Required: Attention to detail & accuracy are key skills for this role as well as a very good standard of written & verbal communication, proven work experience in similar role, ability to priorities, self starter, professional manner, customer service skills, team player, independent working, quick learner, problem solver & proactive.

Experience:

You will be qualified to AAT Level 3 or above & have proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 3 years.

Expert in Xero (Xero Certified advisor status preferred)

Please note a DBS check will be required for this role and you will sit annual AML assessments.

Salary 26,000 - 32,000 pro-rata & depending on experience.

Please note there will be a minimum of 2 interviews & one competency based assessment for considered applicants.
