Client
onboarding executive
in our
Litigation department

The role is based out of our
Cardiff Office.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident and organised Client Onboarding Executive to support our busy Litigation Department. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or customer service who is comfortable handling calls, following up leads, and helping convert enquiries into instructions.
Legal experience is not required - full training will be provided. If you have a professional approach, strong communication skills, and enjoy speaking with people, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone and email
Build rapport quickly and explain our services clearly and professionally
Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into instructions
Record all leads, track conversion rates, and follow up where necessary
Client Onboarding
Assist in onboarding new clients: sending engagement letters, collecting ID and documentation, and scheduling appointments.
Ensure accurate input of client information into the case management system
Support fee earners by setting up files and managing administrative steps required for new matters
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the litigation team
Help with diary management, correspondence, and document handling
Maintain organised and up-to-date client records and files
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
Empathetic telephone manner and ability to deal with clients sensitively and professionally
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
Comfortable using MS Office and learning case management systems
Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude
Desirable:
Background in sales or customer service
Experience in a professional office environment
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools
Legal experience is not necessary - we will provide full training and support.

Benefits and Salary:
Salary 24,000.00 upwards depending on experience
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
