We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Outreach Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with clients, enhancing community engagement, and promoting our programs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, project management, and public health knowledge to effectively reach out to various stakeholders and drive our mission forward in the form of setting appointments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage clients and community partners. Manage volunteer programs, providing supervision and support to volunteers. Conduct public speaking engagements to promote our initiatives and educate the community. Oversee program development and project management to ensure successful execution of outreach activities. Utilize marketing techniques to enhance visibility and awareness of our services. Collect and analyze data related to outreach efforts for continuous improvement. Manage social media platforms to engage with the community and promote events. Provide addiction counseling support as needed, ensuring a compassionate approach. Collaborate with public health professionals to align outreach efforts with health initiatives. Engage in social work practices to support clients effectively. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Participate in fundraising activities to secure resources for programs. Perform administrative tasks related to outreach operations, including reporting and documentation. Assist in recruiting new volunteers or team members as necessary. Facilitate teaching sessions or workshops for community education.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Volunteer management and supervising experience Public speaking capabilities Program development and project management expertise Marketing knowledge Data collection skills Social media management experience Background in addiction counseling or public health Social work experience Proven leadership abilities Fundraising experience Administrative experience Recruiting proficiency Teaching or training experience
