Client Services Executive
Aim and purpose of role
To support the Structured Investments team in delivering high standards of customer service and efficient administration.
Specific duties
Responding to all queries by clients and financial advisers within agreed time frame and in adherence with quality and compliance standards.
Processing new applications for our suite of products and tracking to completion.
Monitoring and chasing any outstanding documentation if required.
First point of reference (after adequate training provided) for handling all inbound telephone calls from investors, IFAs or any third parties, providing excellent customer service.
Inputting data and maintaining client database in an orderly and comprehensive manner.
Responsible for processing stock transfers, transfer of agency requests and general administrative tasks.
Ensuring the highest degree of care and accuracy when issuing Client and IFA correspondence by post or email.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise own workload.
Providing general support to the team and management.
Working on ad hoc projects from time to time
