Job Role

Seed is looking for an experienced Account Manager/Client Partner to join our innovative digital marketing agency in Brighton. Our client services team are crucial to our agency's growth and stability, and we're looking for an experienced client services professional to join us in this pivotal role for the next stage of our growth.

You will be working across the agency as part of the client services team, in a fundamental role, ensuring the growth, health, and retention of our client relationships.

You will work closely with our delivery teams to provide support and guidance to drive growth for both Seed and our clients. You will also work closely with the wider client services team to continually improve our client service offering and ensure we're offering the best client experience possible.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time. In addition, you will need to be an excellent communicator, with solid organisational and coordination skills.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding and passion for SEO, PPC and Paid Social.

About us

We are a performance marketing agency that's on a mission to Grow for Good. Primarily, we prioritise sustainable, long-term growth and the happiness of both our people and our clients. We are dedicated to creating a better workplace for people, with an internal mission centred around creating the happiest, most forward-thinking agency to work for and with.

We champion a culture of collaboration and innovation. Breaking traditional silos, we encourage our team to experiment, challenge norms, and think creatively. This environment nurtures not only our clients' success but also the personal and professional growth of our team. By embodying this progressive model, we stand as a dynamic, adaptable, and visionary partner, ready to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of marketing. Our progressive approach nurtures the growth and satisfaction of our team, ensuring that they remain engaged, motivated, and empowered.

We care deeply about our people, our partners, and our clients and we genuinely believe that agencies can and should do good. We are building an agency we can all be proud to play a part in.

A core value as part of our progressive model is radical transparency. Most companies won't be completely honest about expectations. They worry that if they tell you what the job is really like, you won't apply. We think that's a waste of everyone's time. It's better to get everything out on the table now so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

You'll thrive here if...

You take ownership - We don't micromanage.

You're eager to learn - We invest in your growth, but you need to drive it.

You embrace change - If something isn't working, we fix it.

You're open to feedback - No egos here. We value learning over being "right."

You work smart, not just hard - It's about impact, not just hours worked.

But this probably isn't for you if...

You prefer rigid structure - We work dynamically, not by a rulebook. If you need every detail mapped out, you might struggle.

You want someone to tell you exactly what to do - We'll support you, but we expect you to take initiative.

You don't like being challenged - We question, test and push to improve.

What's in it for you?

No Secrets - We're upfront about what we offer and what we need from you.

Flexibility - Work should fit around your life, not the other way around.

Career Growth - 1-1 mentorship.

1,000 Learning Budget - For skill development.

Dedicated Training Time - So you can keep learning without sacrificing your time.

Healthcare Plan - Including dental.

Profit Share Scheme - When we succeed, you succeed.

Quarterly Socials - Because we love to celebrate!

4.5-Day Work Week - More weekend, fewer hours.

Annual Pay Reviews - Transparent and regular increases.

Paid Volunteering Time - Do good while working somewhere good.
