As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our software development, AI, and cloud services divisions.


Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities (focusing on the SME private sector), build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within these key areas.

ROLE OBJECTIVE



Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our presence in target markets and achieve revenue targets. Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our services offerings. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry players, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our service offerings and market reach. Lead the sales process, from initial contact through negotiation and closing. Ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support. Ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that position our company as a leader in the industry.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology industry. Strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the relevant sectors. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. An appreciation and knowledge of technology delivery, agile methodologies, user centred design, managed services and support etc. Broad technology experience and a sound awareness of technology trends and their potential impact for customers. Excellent negotiation skills, both from a commercial and contract perspective as well as resolving escalations and diffusing issues. Experience in RFP, RFQ, ITTs.
