About the Role

We're looking for a

Client Portfolio Manager

who's proactive, self-sufficient, and genuinely passionate about helping our partners succeed.

In this role, you'll be

owning the client relationship end-to-end

--acting as the first point of contact, guiding them through challenges, and ensuring they receive the high standard of service they deserve. You'll

review and submit work

prepared by the team, ensuring high quality standards and compliance, while focusing on client satisfaction and support rather than hands-on bookkeeping. A sharp eye and solid accounting knowledge is required for this role.

There's plenty of room to grow in this role. You'll have the chance to contribute to improving our systems, spot opportunities to add value, and help shape how we work. We're looking for someone who's keen to get stuck in, take initiative, and jump on extra work when it comes their way. We are looking for someone who is:

Ideally ACCA/ACA qualified Ideally previous bookkeeping experience 2 years experience completing Self Assessments & Financial Statements Good with IT, including Microsoft Office and cloud accounting software A strong communicator with a confident, outgoing personality Thrive in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic about meeting turnaround targets and deadlines Self-motivated and proactive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
