We are currently seeking an
Administrator
to join our team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our Wealth Managers and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring experience from the financial services sector, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being at the heart of client communication -- whether in person, over the phone, or by email.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a first-class experience to our clients -- from Business Owners and Directors in the UK to international clients based in Dubai.
Liaise with clients and third parties via email and telephone to gather information, schedule meetings, and manage ongoing communication.
Prepare client meeting packs, sign-up forms, and annual review documentation.
Submit new business cases, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Draft and proofread client correspondence, proposals, and review letters.
Collaborate closely with our paraplanning and advisory teams to ensure smooth case progression.
Assist with the management and preparation of content for our social media channels.
Required Skills:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a professional environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, organised, and confident working independently.
A natural relationship builder who enjoys client interaction.
