The purpose of this position is to administer a limited portfolio of Fund structures.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates
Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings
Prepare, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements
Act as "B" level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters
Assist with billing information for clients
Supervise and assist training and development of staff
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
Holds a relevant professional qualification
The candidate is required to have proven financial services experience
Strong technical financial services knowledge
Some people management experience
Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
Core skills requiredAbility to speak and understand English
