SWIP Limited is an established company that specialises in innovative insulations systems based in Birmingham. We are mainly involved in the Government Funded Schemes that involve measures such as Solid Wall/ Under Floor and Roof Insulation.
Key responsibilites
As a client relationship manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with our customers and supply chain partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client needs, resolves issues, coordinates internal resources, and identifies opportunities for growth. You will need to -
? Serve as the main contact for assigned clients and supply chain partners managing day-to-day communication.
? Develop strong, trust-based relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
? Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and business updates.
? Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
? Understand goals, challenges, and market context to recommend strategic solutions.
? Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support account expansion.
? Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
? Monitor account activity and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
? Address issues and escalations promptly and professionally.
? Proactively identify potential problems and mitigate risks.
? Track and report issues to internal teams for improvement.
? Prepare performance reports, metrics, and client feedback summaries.
? Analyse client data to identify trends and opportunities.
? Present results and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
? Any other duties as directed by the head of department or senior management.
Work Experience
? Experience in Insulation, Retrofit or Construction industry is preferred but not required.
? Degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.

? Excellent communication skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in British English.
? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
