Established in 1984, CHD Living is proud to be an award-winning, family-owned and operated group of care homes, rehabilitation & home care services in Surrey, Hampshire & Greater London.
We are seeking a full time Client Relationship Manager (Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day) to support the opening of our two new care homes in Pyrford, near Woking and Elstead in Surrey. The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth within the care home through effective sales, marketing, and relationship management. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, enquiry handling, and conversion, ensuring the home achieves budgeted occupancy levels while delivering a positive experience for prospective residents and their families.

The role ensures that residents and their families receive exceptional service, clear communication, and a personalised experience that reflects the values and standards of the care home.
This is both a commercial and relationship-focused position: driving occupancy, building strong community links, ensuring a first class dining and hospitality experience, and ensuring that every resident and family feels supported, valued, and respected.
