Job Summary
As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support their students and apprentices on programme.
Working closely with the Admissions Team, Programme Leads and Skills Coaches the Client Relationship Manager is the key link between internal teams and clients, providing support whilst students are on programme.
This role reports into the Head of Client Services (Northwest) and supports the overall performance of the business
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong client relationships for a number of managed clients through regular and structured contact that includes face to face/virtual meetings and telephone/email communications
Managing new business enquiries and meeting with clients to discuss our offering face to face or virtually
Maintain student and client records with course booking data, progress reporting and the documentation and implementation of changes to study pathways
Work closely and actively with Head of Client Services, to ensure SLAs are met and provide the provision of consistent excellent service
Supporting business development activities in line with the strategic direction of growth
Support additional work as required by management from time to time
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
Confident and professional
Experience of delivering high quality client service and account management
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Desired
Experience of the delivery of professional or higher education
Accountancy background or knowledge
Apprenticeships knowledge or experience
