Client Relationship Team Vacancy

J Finance is a well-established, dynamic Mortgage, Equity Release & Protection Advisory firm based in Newbury, and we are looking to recruit an additional member to our Client Relationship Team.

The Client Relationship Team members provide administrative and client liaison support to assist our Advisers. The role will involve dealing with mortgage lenders, insurance providers and of course, our clients.

If you are client focused, organised, able to work independently and genuinely enjoy daily contact with a variety of people, this could be the position for you.

You will have sound administrative and interpersonal skills and be fully computer literate, to include use of Microsoft Office and other internal systems.

Knowledge of the financial services industry is a huge bonus. The ability to manage your own case load in what can be a changing environment is paramount.

We are happy to consider full time hours or part time, it is more about the person and the skills they can offer us, rather than the hours they can work. That is why the hours range & salary range is so large!

We offer hybrid working subject to probation & performance and we are open Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30, there is no weekend working.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Please note the range displayed is from Indeed for part time through to full time but does not factor in experience or qualifications if relevant. Please also note, the hours for part time are flexible.
