As a

Client Relationship Manager

at Morgan Fuels, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an existing portfolio of B2B clients. You will promote and sell Morgan Fuels' wide range of services, including fuel cards and additional mobility solutions such as

Telematics

,

Road Tolls

,

Ferry Crossings

,

VAT Reclaim

, and

Breakdown Assistance

. This role combines client retention, business development, and consultative sales to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What You'll Do:



Account Management & Retention



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Maintain strong business relationships and conduct regular account reviews. Understand clients' operational needs to tailor product offerings accordingly.

Sales & Business Development



Upsell and cross-sell a wide range of complementary services:

Fuel Card Solutions

(UK & Europe)

Vehicle Telematics

Road Tolls & Toll Box Services

Ferry Crossings for Freight Vehicles

VAT Reclaim Services

Breakdown & Roadside Assistance

Identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base and pursue new business where appropriate. Meet or exceed sales and retention targets.

Customer Support & Onboarding



Ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts and services. Provide client training and support on portal access, fuel card usage, reporting tools, and compliance.

Reporting & Analysis



Monitor fuel usage, account activity, and service adoption. Identify trends or irregularities and propose solutions to improve account performance. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. credit control, customer service, technical teams) to resolve queries and manage risk.

What We're Looking For:



Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Comfortable presenting to and advising senior decision-makers in a professional setting. Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised. Full clean driving licence: travel to client sites may be required.

Desirable:



Experience with international fuel cards, toll solutions, or fleet telematics. Knowledge of VAT reclaim processes and freight transport logistics.
