Client Relationship Manager

.

The Role

You'll take ownership of client files from start to finish, supporting our advisers and ensuring every case progresses smoothly.
This is a hands-on, client-focused role where attention to detail and great communication really matter.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of active mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to keep cases progressing efficiently Ensure all client information and documents are accurate, up to date, and stored correctly Provide regular updates and proactive communication to clients throughout their journey Support the adviser team by preparing key information and ensuring all requirements are met Help clients with post-completion follow-ups and organise future review reminders Uphold the company's service standards and commitment to a five-star client experience

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in

mortgage administration or financial services

preferred (training can be provided) Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills Comfortable using digital systems and managing multiple tasks at once Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of their workload A genuine desire to help clients and provide a great experience
