You will be working as part of the Client Service Team who carry out the administration for our funeral planning business. The role is varied and can involve processing of new business applications, dealing with claims and general administration within Ecclesiastical's Funeral Planning Department.

What you'll be doingSupporting the team with day-to-day administration, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service within agreed SLAs
Taking ownership and proactively deal with client matters arising through all channels of communication
Ensure financial transactions are accurate and outstanding matters are proactively followed up
Liaising with funeral directing partners and third party suppliers
Keeping accurate records using the Company's back office systems
What you'll need to haveGood telephone manner
Excellent written communication
Experience of Microsoft packages e.g. Word and excel
Proven organisational skills
Flexible attitude and approach and excellent team player
Educated to GCSE level or above
