You'll be supporting people at what's often one of the hardest times in their lives. If you're working in an admin or sales support role and looking for a fresh challenge with more purpose, this could be just what you're after.

What's the role all about?



Our Central Sales Team is the first point of contact for many of our new clients. We're here to make sure each person gets the right support from the very start. Everything we do is designed around giving the best possible experience to our clients, and your admin support will be a key part of that.



New Client Enquiries:



You'll be the friendly, professional support behind our Client Service Team, making sure everything runs smoothly. This includes:

Handling admin tasks during the new enquiry process so our team can focus on speaking to potential clients Occasionally making or taking calls to help gather more information or support a client Reassuring clients and dealing with their questions calmly and kindly Entering client details accurately into our case system Booking appointments with the right lawyer, at the right time



Working with Our Lawyers:



You'll also liaise with lawyers across the country to make sure everything fits together, including:

Keeping track of availability and preferences for each lawyer Understanding how different teams work in different areas Matching clients with the lawyer who's best suited to help them



What sort of skills would suit this role?



Good admin and organisation skills are a must If you've worked in a call-handling or sales support environment, that's a bonus You'll need to be a calm, confident communicator, especially with people who may be upset or emotional



The practical bits:





Salary: 24,000 (this is the full-time equivalent salary per year)



Part-time: 21 Hours, across 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)


We'll train you on everything you need to know about family law at our Harrogate office, you don't need any legal experience


After training, you'll work mostly from home (around 80%), with occasional office time (around 20%)
