We are looking for a

Client Services Trainer

to join our

Client Services

team. In this key role, you will lead the design and delivery of training programs across onshore and offshore teams, supporting colleagues to develop skills, improve performance, and provide excellent service to clients.


What you'll do




Identify and assess training needs

across the Client Services team, working with managers and subject matter experts to understand skills gaps and business priorities.

Develop and deliver tailored training programs

for individuals and departments that support professional growth and team objectives.

Create clear training materials

, including process flows, manuals, and digital resources, accessible to all learners.

Deliver training sessions using multiple methods

, ensuring content is accessible and inclusive for different learning styles.

Monitor and improve training effectiveness

, using data and feedback to update programs and materials.

Collaborate across functions

with HR, trainers, and operational teams to ensure consistency and quality in learning initiatives.

Support performance reviews and development plans

, helping managers track skills development and identify further learning opportunities.

Embed tmGroup's values

in all training activities, promoting a culture of professionalism, respect, and continuous improvement.

About you




Proven experience in training and development, ideally in customer service or conveyancing. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods. Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences. Experienced in producing training materials, process documents, and manuals. Comfortable working independently and using input from colleagues to design structured learning programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with learning management systems (LMS). Analytical and able to use data to improve learning outcomes. Collaborative approach to working with colleagues across teams. Knowledge of conveyancing processes or property industry trends is desirable but not essential.
