We're proud of our reputation for quality, service and results. We're looking for a confident, commercially minded Client Services Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients and growing relationships.

The successful candidates roles and responsibilities will include:



The day-to-day contact for our clients - ensuring every project runs smoothly from briefing to delivery. You'll handle client queries, coordinate with internal teams, and make sure every campaign meets (and exceeds) expectations.

Delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience for DBS clients Managing incoming requests and preparing quotes using our templated systems Understanding client objectives to ensure every project achieves their goals Providing proactive support and communication throughout the campaign process Building trusted relationships with clients through professionalism and reliability Working with Customer Relationship Managers to identify and maximise revenue opportunities Supporting client meetings and weekly reporting on activity Introducing new products and services to help clients get the most from DBS

What We're Looking For:



Confident, motivated and commercially aware Excellent communicator with a strong client focus Organised, methodical and detail-oriented A true team player who supports colleagues and business objectives Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management (ideally 1+ year) Comfortable working in a busy office environment Full UK driving licence (required)

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
