About the role
As a Client Services Administrator, you'll be at the front of the line for our clients. Typically, the first person they see, and often the one they remember. You'll also be our 'engine room', working behind the scenes to provide administrative support to our wider Operations and Financial Planning teams. So, given Joslin Rhodes always aims to deliver a WOW service, this is a very important role and requires a very special person.
You'll need to be up for:
Answering client phone calls and to assist with queries and requests.
Building great client relationships by keeping them informed.
Completing all necessary administration tasks promptly and correctly for new and existing clients, including printing and preparing booklets and paperwork for meetings.
Providing timely and accurate communications to clients, using templates and best practices.
Raising ideas and implement improvements and efficiencies wherever possible.

Meeting with clients to gather information or to provide support with queries.
Updating clients by telephone and email with case progress.
Contacting third-party providers for information and to chase requests.
Logging all interactions with clients and providers in the PlanHappy Portal.
