Holidays:

30 days including bank holidays, increasing 1 day per year of service for first 5 years

We are currently recruiting a Client Services Administrator to join our Client Services Department in our Stratford Upon Avon office.

The Role



The Client Services Administrator is responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients through timely query resolution, accurate data management, and strong administrative coordination. This role involves maintaining client records, producing regular management information (MI) reports, and using tools such as Excel and SQL to support data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments, identify and resolve client issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement through analytical problem-solving and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities



Provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries Perform precise data entry and maintenance of client records and internal databases Utilise Excel to analyse data, generate reports, and manage client-related workflows Support day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and internal coordination Basic SQL experience for data extraction and reporting Identify and resolve client issues with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service delivery Produce daily, weekly and monthly MI that matches client requirements

What You'll Bring:



High attention to detail - accuracy is second nature to you Strong Excel knowledge - including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation Experience with SQL - comfortable with understanding basic queries Solid data entry skills - fast, accurate, and organised Administrative experience - ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities Strong problem-solving skills - resourceful, analytical, and solutions-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
