We have an opening for Client Services Advisors based at our head office in Spalding with ad-hoc travel!
This role would suit someone who lives relatively locally, as the role is predominantly at our Head Office in Spalding but flexibility to travel will be required in line with the needs of the business, this involves organising and signing up Apprenticeship and other learners (in line with the DfE guidelines). Full Training will be given, accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement.
The role involves speaking to a variety of learners and clients both on the telephone and face to face, having a friendly, polite & professional manner would be required.
This is a daily diary managed role, therefore, planning, time management, organisational skills, being proactive and self motivated is a must.
Supporting other teams within the organisation, where required, so a level of flexibility and adaptability would be needed.
Hold a Full driving license and be a confident driver, as there will be occasions where visits to employers are required.
For the job role you will be required to;
Liaise with clients and leaners
Great communication skills, both written and orally
Handle telephone enquiries and emails promptly and professionally
Update and manage customer & client database systems
Prioritise workloads
Work to deadlines
Strong team player
Have a good sense of humour
Travel to organisations to facilitate learner sign ups, in accordance with company needs
Computer literate word/excel
Liaise with other departments.
