We are currently looking to recruit a client services assistant for our Telford office. This reception and administration support role is often the first point of contact for clients and is key to promoting and supporting the Lanyon Bowdler brand.
This role is primarily a client facing position, where the post holder will be required to meet and greet, as well as liaise with both internal and external clients, set up meetings, provide refreshments, take copies of documents, replenish stock levels, along with other administrative duties which will, include making travel bookings.
The post holder will be required to perform all related tasks to support the legal departments as requested, often without direct supervision. This includes but is not limited to processing client payments, handling requests for retrieval of archived files and legal documentation both internally and externally, photocopying, scanning, and completing general administration duties as required.
