As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to help us deliver exceptional service and support.
The Role
As a Client Services Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and client support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with the Client Services team to maintain high standards in documentation, communication, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing client documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Help maintain up-to-date client and project records.
Support internal and external communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
Contribute to the smooth delivery of services by managing tasks efficiently and reliably.

We're looking for someone who is:
Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Word
