The Role



With the launch of our brand-new Smart Pen, alongside the development of our ecommerce and B2B offering, this is the time to come on board the Client Services team at a company that genuinely strives to be the Best in Class.

The ideal candidate will live and breathe by delivering a premium 5-star customer service and able to ooze passion and enthusiasm about health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities:



Client retention, both pro-actively and re-actively. Retaining clients who may have expressed an interest in cancelling their subscription by discussing what our product has to offer them based on their cancellation reasons. Drive revenue through strategic up-selling and cross-selling within existing and new contacts Contacting subscribers to recoup their failed monthly direct debits. Responding to high volumes of emails, telephone and WhatsApp enquiries Identify growth opportunities and proactively address potential client issues
The ideal candidate will also be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a positive outcome is reached.

This varied role will also involve administration tasks such as processing freeze/cancellations/amendments, logging all client communication and activities.

This role requires an individual able to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of energy and resilience.

Skills and attributes required:



Experience in a Customer Service environment Ability to provide exceptional service standards Strong organisational and administrative skills Proficient understanding of Microsoft packages (Windows, Excel, Outlook) A confident and clear communicator Excellent attention to detail Well presented with good written and spoken English Self-motived, enthusiastic team player
