I am looking to speak with an

Experienced Client Services Bookkeeper

to join a reputable accountancy and business advisory practice based in Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone with a solid background in bookkeeping, particularly within a practice setting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-quality client accounts, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with VAT regulations. Your expertise will support the delivery of exceptional service to a diverse client base across various sectors. The role involves regular communication with clients, including occasional visits to their premises, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the team.


Proven bookkeeping experience in a practice or similar environment Strong working knowledge of financial systems, particularly Xero and Sage Good understanding of VAT rules and processes High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing directly with clients Flexibility to occasionally visit clients at their premises A proactive and professional approach to client service Willingness to learn, with training provided where necessary
