Overview


We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Client Support professional to join our growing accountancy practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients - helping them stay on track, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

You will work closely with our team using modern cloud and AI-powered systems to manage client interactions, organise documentation, and support our internal processes. Experience with accountancy software or client management systems is an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Duties



Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal team, managing phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner. Chase clients for information and ensure timely follow-up for ongoing tasks. Maintain accurate and well-organised records within our client management system and Google Workspace. Assist with onboarding new clients, including AML checks and software setup. Support the team with AI-enabled systems and automation tools to improve efficiency. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare internal notes or reports to help monitor progress and client engagement.

Requirements



Proven experience in a client service, administration, or coordination role (accountancy or financial services background preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a helpful, professional manner. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, or accountancy software. Able to work independently, self-motivate, and manage workload with minimal supervision. Interest in technology and willingness to work with AI-assisted systems and processes. Knowledge of accountancy software, payroll, or accountancy processes is an advantage but not essential. A proactive attitude towards learning and supporting others in a small, friendly team.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
