An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Client Liaison Administrator to join a busy and growing team within Hutchinson Wealth Management, who are a highly successful Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Wealth Management PLC. We are in the process of expanding our business and this is an exciting time to join our growing team.

St. James's Place Wealth Management PLC (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of investment and retirement products and financial solutions to a high net worth client base. St. James's Place Wealth Management has funds under management in excess of 140bn.

The office is easily accessible from motorway/rail and neighbouring towns. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable firm who believe in employee development.

The Role



You will be responsible for booking client review meetings with existing clients for the current advisers in the office. There is no sales or cold calling involved. You will also provide efficient support to the Client Service Manager and the rest of the office, which may include handling client queries, greeting clients and preparing refreshments, administration duties, and preparing and posting client communications. You will be responsible for posting articles on social media.

The Person



You will be able to demonstrate exceptional telephone and customer service skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout your work. You must be able to show initiative, have excellent IT & Social Media skills and be a strong communicator. As you will have contact with clients, it is essential that you are professional and confident in dealing with third parties, have excellent communication skills and can work with total discretion. Ideally, you have been working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment and have Financial Services industry experience with up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations. We will consider candidates that have no experience in the industry, providing they have IT skills/Office experience and open to training and development to improve their knowledge in this area.
