We are currently looking for a Temporary Client Services / Customer Services Executive to support our busy client services team. This is primarily an office-based role, with the potential for remote working available to experienced candidates who can demonstrate strong self-management and proven client services or account management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for client accounts
Manage day-to-day customer requirements and order processes
Provide accurate quotations and updates on projects
Liaise with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery
Handle queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and update client account information
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, client services, or account management (print industry experience an advantage but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email, video conferencing)
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive and positive approach with the ability to learn quickly
If applying for remote option: must have a reliable home setup (laptop, internet connection, quiet workspace) and be able to work independently
