We are looking to recruit a Client Services Manager to join our highly successful training and consultancy firm. You will be supporting internal stakeholders and enjoy the challenge of a busy environment! We are looking for an ambitious and driven candidate that has previous experience in a client facing role, providing event planning and logistics, who can bring a confident and resilient approach to an established team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the role will be responsible for pro-actively supporting clients. You will work with our clients, internal and external faculty, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of course events / assignments. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of events from point of contract through to preparation of post feedback summaries. You will be working with existing clients and developing new relationships, maintaining high standards through the consistent application of processes and an eye for detail.
Duties
include
Obtain the full details of the assignment, preparing contracts and SoW's for publication
Co-ordinate availability from faculty and confirm the logistics for each assignment
Plan the smooth running of assignments with both the Client and faculty, providing deadlines for materials, e-learning modules and design projects.
Partner with the Project team to deploy large programmes, attend meetings, prepare and publish delegate communications and manage allocated project activities
Entry of assignments to the event management system, administering changes and status updates, informing all parties of change, postponement or cancellations.
Manage client event activities including the co-ordination and quality assurance of event materials, event delivery logistics, travel arrangements and issue of post course documentation.
Liaise with suppliers to setup simulation platforms, psychometric assessments and other tools
Prepare and issue post-event digital credentials or CPD Certificates
Respond to queries, manage dedicated mailboxes and attend client meetings, wither online or in-person.
Experience
Previous experience in an event delivery or planning role, with high volume activity
Proven experience of working in fast paced, reactive role, with the ability to provide composed responses to resolve issues
A good understanding of training and development within the Financial Services Industry or another professional body such as, an Institute or Membership body would be advantageous
Technical Skills Requirement
MS Office - Outlook (professional user; will have to organise meetings, webinars), Word, Excel and PowerPoint. MS Teams or any similar collaboration software like Zoom and SharePoint experience.
Data analytics capability/reporting.
SurveyMonkey/other platforms.
Personal Skills
You will need strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Must have good organisational and administrative skills with proven planning capabilities.
The ability to prioritise and manage several different tasks at once in order to effectively meet deadlines.
You have attention to detail, you can proof read documents and find any grammatical errors or any other inconsistencies.
You are happy to work independently or as a part of a team.
You are able to thrive in pressured or stressful situations.
You have an excellent understanding of client care and customer service.
A committed and flexible attitude to the job.
