What role will you play?

As a Client Services Manager, you will act as a point of contact for existing investors, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.



You will manage interactions with existing institutional investors to address inquiries related to investments, performance, and fund operations, ensuring a positive client experience and high level of satisfaction.



You will review and distribute investor materials, oversee the production of operational and ESG due diligence questionnaires, and accurately record client information and interactions in our CRM systems.



You will collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse data for clients and coordinate with fund management and portfolio teams to manage performance and track record data.



Lastly, you will identify opportunities to enhance the client experience more holistically, improving processes and supporting the implementation of new tools and systems to improve efficiency.



What you offer

3-6 years' experience in investor relations or a related role within asset management, private equity or financial services. Familiarity with private credit or other private markets. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field. Highly analytical and detail-orientated, with the ability to interpret and present financial data and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Professional demeanour, with a client-first mindset and a commitment to excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
