Hours:

24 per week

Salary:

27,000 pro rata, 12.98ph

Reporting to:

Head of Landlord Liaison

As Landlord Services Manager, you'll play a key part in shaping how our leaseholders experience Cloud Student Homes -- ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued.





You'll bring your natural communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure to a role that touches everything from onboarding new leaseholders to coordinating investor events and managing property data. Your proactive mindset and ability to work independently will be essential, as will your confidence in handling queries and solving problems with professionalism and empathy.





This is a role where your property knowledge, whether from lettings, management, or administration, will be put to good use -- but just as important is your ability to connect with people, stay organised, and keep things moving. You'll be trusted to lead on projects, support colleagues, and contribute to the smooth running of our landlord services across the UK.



You'll be joining a collaborative, remote-first team where your input is valued and your work makes a real difference to both our leaseholders and our wider business.
