Client Services Representative

Essentials:

Impeccable attention to detail

A high level of numeracy

The ability to communicate adeptly in writing and verbally

Possess good organisational skills

The ability to deliver high standards of customer service

At least a years' experience in a similar role

Follow up quotes and be proactive with our client base

What will my new role involve?

You will join one of the largest commercial printing firms in the South of England, with a diverse range of clients and ambitious growth plans.

Part of a close-knit team offering outstanding customer service

Processing orders

Answering queries both over the telephone and via email

Liaising with clients on timelines and deliveries

Following up quotes via the phone and email to obtain feedback

Speaking to clients who have stopped spending and/or are due to send us orders.
