Job Purpose



In this role, you'll be responsible for performing administrative duties, managing suppliers, and providing customer service on orders through our internal order processing system, as well as via email and telephone. You'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience to both our customers and internal stakeholders. Applicants will also be expected to build and maintain strong working relationships with their team members in Sales and Client Services, as well as with customers.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities



Raise and manage orders with suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date order data in a clear and organised manner. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues. Carry out general administration related to your work and maintain an organised digital workspace. Raise fulfillment orders and coordinate the process with all relevant parties. Handle customer complaints and problematic orders in a calm and professional manner. Remain vigilant and take a proactive approach to problem-solving on behalf of clients. Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by your line manager.
