Client Side Commercial Property Manager | Central London | Up to 65,000 + Bonus | Flexible Working

Madison Berkeley is currently working with a leading property investment company with circa 2billion AUM, seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their London team.




This is a client-side role managing a diverse portfolio of unique property across London. The role would see you working with the property and asset management teams looking at ways to maximise and develop the portfolio's value whilst effectively managing the occupied assets.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a mixed portfolio of industrial & logistics, retail, office and F&B assets. You'll be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management, ensuring the properties are well-run, compliant, and delivering value.



Key Responsibilities
Oversee property management of a mixed commercial portfolio across London. Manage tenant relationships, lease renewals, rent reviews, and service charge budgets. Manage licence to alter requests, onboard new customers & health & safety compliance Work closely with Asset Management and Leasing teams on value-add and leasing strategies. Support financial performance through budgeting, reporting, and expenditure control.



About You
Proven experience in commercial property management with emphasis on service charge management. Able to work well with a high volume of commercial properties Confident managing occupier relationships and lease events.
The Offer
Salary up to 60,000 + bonus. 10% pension contribution & private healthcare. Flexible working 3 days in the office 2 at home. with a Central London office base.
