The Role

A unique opportunity to join a best in class Central London Asset and Property Management teams, who are responsible for the continual improvement and enhancement of one of the highest profile portfolio's in the Capital. They have a prime mixed use estate of Office, Retail, F&B and Residential and now need an experienced Commercial Property Manager. The role involves delivering excellence in customer experience and engagement, and helping to deliver the strategies for the estate through operational Property and Estates Management.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver a world class property management service, in accordance with RICS guidelines to include lease covenant compliance, service charge management, estate presentation, health and safety, insurance and incident management Manage tenant relationships in a manner that supports long term value and the company brand Instil a culture of excellent occupier and visitor experience across the portfolio Prepare an environmental plan and promote sustainability Identify lease obligations for property management and ensure these are reflected in the service charge

Experience required

RICS qualified with 3 - 5 years transferrable Property Management experience Experience working in a high-end customer facing environment Service charge budget creation, management and reconciliation Detailed lease knowledge, understand covenant reviews and implementation Supply chain management






The team are small and focused, and cultural fit is very important - they are looking for someone with a genuine passion for property. You also need to be very commercially minded, with an entrepreneurial outlook and highly credible in meetings with customers and industry professionals.




The role is initially being offered as a 9 month FTC, and would suit someone working landlord side who wants to gain experience working on a high profile central London portfolio, or someone in an advisory side role who would like to gain clientside experience.
