JOB PURPOSE

The Client Solutions Coordinator will support the publishing sales team in delivering effective solutions to Capacity Media\xe2\x80\x99s clients. Your primary focus will be managing client campaigns, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering solutions in a timely manner and to high standards.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Deliver client campaigns on time and to a high standard, whilst ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate resources and execute client projects, such as video interviews and webinars.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all projects are delivered within scope and on-time.
  • Ensure all advertising and content is received from clients, to enable content to be published on time.
  • Work with the Associate Publisher and Commercial Editor to co-ordinate the writing of sponsored content.
  • Collaborate with the digital advertising operations team to ensure digital campaigns are set up to deliver correctly.
  • Deliver campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Work with key individuals across the telecoms group (marketing, sales, design, commercial, editorial) to ensure that the best outcome is delivered to each client.
  • Integrate with the wider telecoms teams to leverage knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

  • Understanding of digital media.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Motivation and desire to consistently deliver success for our clients and for our business.
  • Ability to build and foster excellent relationships with business stakeholders of all levels.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
