Are you the type of person who loves turning warm conversations into lasting partnerships? We're looking for a motivated Client Success Executive to join our growing sales floor.


This is a purely inbound sales role with no cold calling or lead generation. Your focus will be on closing deals, expanding relationships, and owning the full customer journey from initial interest through to commitment. You will be connecting with enquiry based leads, building rapport, and converting as many opportunities as possible.

What You'll Do



Own inbound opportunities from initial contact to close Develop relationships with high-value clients, ensuring they are successfully converted through the funnel Identify upsell opportunities Collaborate with sales leadership to shape and refine closing strategies Be a trusted advisor to clients while never losing sight of

commercial outcomes



There's a lot of room to shape this role and improve how things are done. You'll have input from day one.

What We're Looking For



Experience:

2+ years in a closing role (SDR, Account Executive, or similar).

Achievements:

Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding revenue targets.

Skills:

Natural closer, strong communicator, high EQ, commercial acumen.

Mindset:

Ambitious, proactive and hungry for growth.

Personality:

Energetic, empathetic, charismatic and resilient.

Education:

No formal qualifications required - we prioritise attitude, aptitude & results.

Dedication:

Sales is your career, not a stepping stone. We're looking for individuals who demonstrate focus and commitment, not frequent career changes or sub-year stints in roles.
